You may not be able to create the perfect day.

You can create your “IDEAL WORKDAY.”

The kind of day you can walk into with preparation and clarity.

How often have you gotten to the end of the day to finally sit down and reflect, to realize that you were busy and we’re working hard but could not see the impact of what you did all day?

Yes, there have been many times that I have sat down to reflect on the day and would have to ask myself what I did all day.

Creating your Ideal Workday will help you prepare for the day and give you the clarity you need to get the right things done at the right time.

Reduce the stresses of everyday work with a clear vision of your day.

And at the end of every day, you will be able to reflect and know what impact you made in your day and have the tools to make it better.

LET’S GET STARTED.

Get a sheet of paper. You can also get a copy of the same ” My Ideal Workday” worksheet that I use. Click The Link Below                               Medical Billing Go To | Facebook

START with your daily tasks and WRITE THEM DOWN.

DAILY TASKS ARE THE FOUNDATION OF YOUR DAY!

There are many benefits to getting daily tasks done daily.

  • It will help you stay focused and on task.
  • Keep you from falling behind.
  • Help you build strong habits.

If you are not getting your daily task done daily, start building that habit and improving productivity in your workday.

NOW, write down your work schedule with start and end times.

If you already are in the habit of working your daily tasks daily and at about the same time each day, this part will be a no-brainer.

Ask these 3 questions to help you with scheduling your daily tasks.

  1. What are the tasks I have to get done daily?
  2. When is the best time to work on each task?
  3. How long do I expect each task to take?

You are now taking that time to structure your day on paper. You may not get it right the first or second time, but you will start to create that ideal schedule for your daily tasks.

NEXT, write down all the other tasks you have to get done.

These are tasks that are just as important, but are not done daily.

LAST, schedule other tasks as they fit into the open times in your schedule.

As you begin to create your Ideal Workday, you will build routines in your daily tasks that will help build a solid foundation for other tasks, meetings, projects, etc.
